2.  Invest your cash in real estate

Are you looking for an investment other than stocks & bonds?  Real estate investing can provide excellent returns.  We work with private individuals who invest their cash in our rehab projects frequently.  SInce the real estate market adjustment that took place a few years ago.  Most real estate investing is now done in cash.  Prior to 2008 we had relationships with several local banks that were happy to lend money on real estate investment deals.  Since 2010 we have found that todays competitive investor is better served using cash.  We often get the cash (ie “the funding”) to purchase the property & rehab the property from a private individual.  Often the individual(s) who is supplying the cash is not the same individual who is purchasing & rehabbing the property.
